Here is a visual example of how to enable developer options.
Step 1. Go to settings and tap on more
Step 2. Tap on about device. I already enabled developer options, that's why it's already there.
Step 3. After you tap on about device, scroll down to Build number and constantly tap on build number until you see developer options enabled.
Step 4. You have enabled developer options. Go back and you'll see developer options, tap on developer options.
Step 5. Make sure to turn on developer options to make changes in that option.
