The screen is nice and looks clean like the text, and the icons as well. The screen is said to be a custom made OLED display, OLEDs consume as much as 40% less power when displaying black images vs LCDs because they can turn off individual pixels. Plus is has Sapphire glass, it is said that Sapphire glass is four time stronger than Gorilla Glass.
As for the specs, it comes with a a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU, probably 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage space. When you want to charge the watch, you won't find a micro USB charging port because it doesn't have any. The Moto 360 charges wirelessly via magnetic induction.
This is like having Google Now on your wrist with cards showing your notifications like the weather, text messages, calls and so on. This watch is most controlled by voice commands if you want it to do certain tasks and yes, it's touch screen so you can too do some tasks via touch.
