LG G Watch

The LG G watch was revealed at the Google I/O 2014 as Android wear. The watch is square with no buttons, it is said that the screen is always on and when you lift it up like your looking at the time or going to use it, it brightens the screen however, when the battery is dead it is going to turn off; how to turn it back on is to just plug it in to charge and the watch will boot up and turn on. It comes in two different colors, black and white.

The LG G watch is built from stainless steel and the body is covered in PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), and is known for being light and durable. The strap is 22mm that can be swapped, but it comes in black or white silicon as standard; the watch is even IP67 water and dust resistance.

For the screen, it is a 1.65inch LCD with 280 x 280 pixel resolution and an IPS LCD over OLED because of superior power consumption and color accuracy.

The LG G watch is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1.2GHz processor and CPU and 512MB of RAM plus 4GB of storage. It has a battery of 400mAh that is suppose to give up to 36 hours of battery life on a single charge.

What the watch can do is give you the time, obviously, you can get notifications such as: text messages, facebook notifications, phone calls etc... Plus you have a numerous amount of watch faces. You can think of the Android wear of having Google Now on your wrist to ask it to do things for you; changing music is just by swiping left or right.
